  Having been with the same dental office for decades, I was concerned about a required change. But--no worry! All staff, including the dentist, were friendly and communicative and took the time to make me feel as if I were a welcome addition to their clientele. I do feel lucky to have found a new dental office that is a pleasure to visit. Try it--you'll like it! January 2017--Time for another cleaning/checkup, which was simple, pleasant, and informative. Conversation (dentist participating) included merits of various "picks" and cleaning tools to help avoid old-age dental problems. All staff members were friendly. Although I am not fond of having to definitely schedule the next appointment six months out, I do understand the concept of efficiency in a business, and my days are quite flexible, so it's a minor matter. So far, I don't have a basis to evaluate actual dental repair in this office (just cleaning and x-rays so far), but from what I have experienced, I won't hesitate if and when the time comes and will hurry in to Zumbrota Midwest Dental. August 2017--Just as pleased as before with staff and dentist and care. However, I will make a point not to schedule an appointment right after lunch again, as my driver dropped me off early, and I found the door locked and had to wait in the adjoining café for them to open. Not a problem; just a minor learning experience.
